Delete your account

How to delete your Rafeeks Marketing customer app account and the personal data we hold about you.

From the app

  1. Open the customer app and sign in with your mobile number.
  2. Go to My ACs and scroll to Delete my account.
  3. Tap Request deletion. You will see a confirmation.

Without the app

Contact us at the phone number or email printed on your quote or invoice, or a WhatsApp message to the number we message you from from your registered mobile number and say “Delete my account”.

What is deleted, and when

  • Within 30 days we delete your app account, your contact details, location pins, messages, site photos and ratings.
  • We keep only what the law requires: tax invoices, payment records and the accounts (GST law — at least 6 years), and the warranty registration while the manufacturer’s warranty runs. These are kept securely and used for nothing else.
  • Automatic WhatsApp updates stop at once.
